When booking online, we collect your name, phone number, email, and booking preference. That information is used solely to book your appointment. We do not collect your card information directly, as that goes through our third-party payment processor.

Booking records are only kept for 24 months, then auto purged.

SMS Text Reminders are opt-in only. We will never send you marketing text messages unless you opt-in to receive them. SMS records are only kept for 36 months to comply with TCPA audit requirements.

Loyalty program collects your visit balance and any rewards, they're never used for profiling purposes. The visit balance and rewards are only kept while your account is open. Otherwise they will be deleted 12 months after your last visit.

Payment receipts are kept for 7 years, per the IRS requirements. Your card number will never be stored.
